All our  strategic  estates  reviews  reflect   a  bespoke  scope  focused  specifically  on  each  client’s circumstances  and objectives.  We  offer  two  core  approaches.  The  first  is demand  and service  driven  and  focuses  on  understanding  need, testing  options  and  creating  an estates  solution  that  has  the  right  assets, in  the  right  place  to enable  service  delivery. The  second  approach  assumes the  first  has  already  been  done  and  through  asset  data  analysis, options  appraisal  and feasibility  review  aims  to  optimise  the  retained  estate,  develop disposal  strategies and where  needed create  new  assets.

Whilst, a critical component of our Strategic Estates Review service we can also offer option appraisal and feasibility review on an individual project basis. We can lead the process or we can play a more supporting role alongside other members of the client team. We work collaboratively with our clients, other advisors and supply chain partners to baseline need, establish success criteria, develop a brief, capture a test case area requirement, analyse comparators of existing spend, estimate capital and whole life costs, and undertake a blended financial and non-financial appraisal.

We provide procurement strategy support for the public sector and a bid management service for private sector organisations looking to be successful in securing PPP and partnership based opportunities with the public sector.  A commercial  management service  is  available  for  development,  construction  and  operational  phases  of  a project’s  life  cycle, including support with Hand back negotiations.  Our  core  service  elements  include design  stage  commercial  management,  business  case  support,  developing social  value  strategies,  supply  chain  engagement, stakeholder  management,  risk  management,  dispute  avoidance  and  SPC  commercial management and oversight.

All our services are bespoke to each client. It makes sense that our approaches to fees are the same. We offer flexible day rates for those clients who want to call on us when needed, fixed period fees for less certain work scopes that guarantee our resource availability for a fixed period and output based fixed fees that are fixed against a scope and associated deliverables.
